What is fertility reflexology?

Fertility reflexology is a gentle, supportive therapy that can be part of your ongoing care. Fertility reflexology is a specialised form of reflexology that focuses on supporting the body while you are trying to conceive.

It involves working on specific reflex points on the feet that correspond to different systems in the body, including those involved in hormonal balance and reproductive health.

Sessions are calm, gentle, and designed to help you feel more grounded and supported.

How reflexology can support your fertility journey

Fertility reflexology may help to:

  • reduce stress and support your nervous system

  • create space for rest and emotional processing

  • support overall hormonal balance

  • boost circulation

  • provide calm support during fertility treatment or IVF

Clients often come to us visibly anxious, but we notice their voice and body language soften during treatment which is lovely to see.

Not sure where to start? Let’s talk it through together first

Is reflexology right for you?

Fertility reflexology is a supportive therapy, but it does not identify or treat underlying causes of fertility challenges. If you have been trying for some time without success, understanding what may be affecting your fertility is often the most important next step. This is why we combine hands-on support with a more investigative approach when needed.

If you've been trying for several months or years, feel unsure what to do next, have been told you have 'undiagnosed infertility', have irregular cycles, going through IVF, have PMOS/PCOS or endometriosis or any challenges or concerns, we want to be here for you.

You can start with an introductory call, where we’ll gently talk through your situation and help you decide on the next step. This is free. Contact us by email or leave a voicemail and we will arrange a time to call you and see how we can best support and guide you.

Or, if you’re ready to look more deeply at your fertility, you can book a Fertility Investigation Consultation.

Fertility Reflexology and IVF Support

At the Verity Paz Clinic, fertility reflexology is often combined with our fertility coaching and investigation services to help you feel informed, confident and supported at every stage of your journey.

Sessions are tailored around your treatment timeline and can be adapted whether you are preparing for a cycle, going through stimulation, waiting for embryo transfer or navigating the two week wait. While reflexology is not a medical treatment for infertility, many clients find that regular sessions help them feel more relaxed, supported and better able to cope with the challenges of treatment.

Many of our clients feel we are not only supporting them emotionally and through calming them, but we also help prepare their body for the treatment. Before embryo transfer we like to do a treatment the day before or morning of to prepare you as best we can. We've had wonderful results and feedback from our clients.

Fertility Reflexology for Unexplained Infertility

Being told you have unexplained infertility can feel incredibly frustrating. Many couples are left wondering what to do next after being told that test results appear normal, yet pregnancy has still not happened.

At the Verity Paz Clinic, we work with many clients in this situation. Fertility reflexology provides a supportive space where you can take time out from the stress and uncertainty of trying to conceive. For some clients, reflexology becomes part of a wider plan that may also include fertility coaching, lifestyle changes and further investigation into possible underlying factors. Many of our clients who have been told they have unexplained infertility have come for some regular reflexology sessions and become pregnant naturally! Sometimes the body needs that little bit of extra help.

Pregnant in 7 months with coaching & reflexology

"After NHS and private tests it was discovered I had PCOS and one working ovary. Their knowledge and support has been incredible.
Through coaching, diet change and reflexology 3 times a month I fell pregnant within 7 months, after many months of trying. Understating and regulating my cycle. Food choices supported my body, bloating decreased, anxiety lowered and reassurance given. Verity took us through the process of IVF and self care after approaching the topic. With everything becoming less daunting and lifestyle changes, my husbands sperm doubled in quality and my cycles regulated. I’ve continued my reflexology into pregnancy to support my hormones and stress which has really helped!

I honestly don’t think we’d be pregnant without Verity and Sarah, we are forever grateful xx"  AMY

Looking Beyond Fertility Reflexology

Fertility reflexology can be a valuable source of support, but it does not identify the underlying reasons why pregnancy may not be happening. If you've been trying for some time, have been told everything looks normal, or feel unsure what to do next, Verity also offers fertility investigation consultations that look at both partners, previous test results, lifestyle factors and possible next steps. Many clients begin with reflexology and later decide to explore a deeper investigation into their fertility picture.
