I've been having regular fertility reflexology with Verity for the past 5 months. I have endometriosis and was really struggling with daily pain and fatigue. By combining lifestyle and diet changes that Verity advised with reflexology appointments I now only experience a couple of days of discomfort a month. I've also noticed a massive change in both my energy levels and overall mental wellbeing. I went to the Verity Paz clinic ahead of starting my second IVF cycle as my first hadnt worked and was feeling defeated that the next would even work. Had a consultation with Verity to get more info on anything underlying and started reflexology. Big thanks to all, especially Michelle who gave me regular reflexology. Our embryo stuck and I truly believe reflexology contributed to that. I looked forward to the sessions throughout pregnancy which helped me have a smooth pregnancy. I've been coming to Verity for reflexology for almost 4 years now and have found my weekly sessions to be a god send in terms of helping balance hormones, my nervous system and even picked up on health issues I was having that I didn't know about (later confirmed by the GP). Verity is a listening ear in good and bad times and has guided me on numerous issues and challenge during our appointments. I have been seeing Sarah and Verity for almost a year. After NHS and private tests it was discovered I had PCOS and one working ovary. Their knowledge and support has been incredible. Through coaching, diet change and reflexology 3 times a month I fell pregnant within 7months, after many months of trying. Understating and regulating my cycle. Quite simply, neither of my children would be here without Verity. I started seeing her after my cycles didn't return when I came off the pill and was trying to conceive. GPs told my husband and me that both our results were fine, but Verity's specific fertility expertise meant that she could tell us that actually our results were actually quite far from ideal. Having gone to Verity and her lovely team for the last 7 months, I have felt much more at ease when it comes to my fertility journey. She has helped me mentally with dealing with my loss and has prepared me for any future pregnancies whenever that may be. I have been having reflexology treatments with Michelle since the end of September 2024. My hormones were completely out of whack due to being quite highly strung and having crazy adrenals. I tried acupuncture, yoga, relaxation etc but nothing I did over the years worked- 3 months of reflexology (twice a month) and Michelle was able to balance my hormones!! The month after my hormones levelled, I found out that I’m pregnant and still am!! Honestly can’t believe it! I’d previously experienced a twin miscarriage at 16&17 weeks and since another four miscarriages. I genuinely was on the verge of giving up but Verity’s clinic was my saving grace! What Michelle and the other ladies do is phenomenal and what makes you feel even more comfortable in their care is that they’ve experienced fertility struggles themselves; they do really want to help and they care immensely; always going above and beyond and making your dreams come true! 10000000% would recommend! I had a treatment with the hope that it will trigger my labour as I was almost two weeks overdue. The treatment was amazing and I basically did not want to leave the place. The experience had a peaceful and relaxing feel to it. I highly recommend Verity Paz Clinic and I recommend reflexology in general. I believe everybody should try a treatment at least once.
