"My partner and I came to see Verity after 2 years of infertility, we were left with unanswered questions and lengthy waits through the NHS and we felt lost. Even after our first consultation with Verity we left with hope and direction, Verity identified that although our lifestyles weren’t too bad, stress was high due to an outside factor impacting our infertility. A few adjustments and 5/6 reflexology sessions later, we fell pregnant for the first time ever and our little one is due this week. "I've been having regular fertility reflexology with Verity for the past 5 months. I have endometriosis and was really struggling with daily pain and fatigue. By combining lifestyle and diet changes that Verity advised with reflexology appointments I now only experience a couple of days of discomfort a month. I've also noticed a massive change in both my energy levels and overall mental wellbeing.
Through Verity's guidance, we also identified an issue with my partners sperm that wasn't picked up by NHS tests. We've been able to implement changes to improve this and both feel as though we're in better physical shape to improve our chances of conceiving.

Their knowledge and support has been incredible.
Through coaching, diet change and reflexology 3 times a month I fell pregnant within 7months, after many months of trying. Understating and regulating my cycle. Food choices supported my body, bloating decreased, anxiety lowered and reassurance given. Verity took us through the process of IVF and self care after approaching the topic. With everything becoming less daunting and lifestyle changes, my husbands sperm doubled in quality and my cycles regulated. "I was recommended to see Verity by a friend who was already a client of hers. I was coming off of the pill after 20 years to try for a baby, I was having digestion problems after having my gall bladder removed 6 months before, and my energy levels were at rock bottom. "I went to see Verity after two stressful failed FET attempts. I have PCOS as well as a complex oncology history and found the whole fertility treatment process incredibly hard.
