A Fertility Investigation Session is a 75 minute deep dive into your fertility journey. We look at your history, cycles, symptoms, lifestyle and existing test results, including both partners where relevant. The aim is to help you understand the bigger picture, identify areas that may be worth exploring further and give you clearer next steps.

Yes. Many people come to us feeling frustrated because their tests have come back normal but they still aren't conceiving. The session gives us time to look more closely at your fertility history and the investigations you've already had, then consider whether there are other areas worth discussing with your GP, consultant or another specialist.

Yes. You can bring existing fertility test results to your session and we can help you understand them in the context of your wider fertility journey. We can also discuss areas that may be worth investigating further and, where appropriate, recommend relevant specialists or clinics.

Absolutely. Fertility involves both partners, yet male fertility can sometimes receive much less attention. Where relevant, we'll look at your partner's health, lifestyle, existing sperm analysis and other factors that may be worth exploring, rather than focusing solely on female fertility.

Yes. You can book whether you're considering IVF, preparing for treatment or have already experienced an unsuccessful cycle. The session can help you step back and review the bigger picture, understand what you've already explored and identify questions or areas you may want to consider before deciding on your next steps.

You'll receive a personalised written summary of what we've discussed, including recommendations and your next steps. Where appropriate, we may also suggest relevant practitioners, consultants or clinics. If you'd like further support afterwards, you can book a follow up fertility coaching session.
